Well, that was fun. Our first run with enemies buffed was much better... just five or so deaths (think Ham died in the first mob, heh) and 55 minutes. With us debuffed... ugh, 20 deaths and 1:05 or 1:15... can't recall now.

Gotta love how Ham joked that Vengeance "doesn't recharge that fast" when I died in the last mission off of some bad luck. I don't even want to know how often he died (that second run on Hami had at least a couple). Ahhh, but that's the fun of teaming with a hamster that is satanic.

Woot! Agent Janus picks up 50 million! I'll put that to good use.

Looks like most of our team got something, so that's cool. Who all are getting the gold titles for this? That's separate from the raffle, correct?

*added*

Nice try, Ham. Dying once to Hami and that mob in the last room (and never dying in the first run) pales in comparison to your performance. But however you want to sell yourself, go right ahead.

Maybe I'm missing it... How is it decided who gets what? Random person on the team?

Wow... that's hilarious. How ignominious. I don't know if I want my title for this one!

Do note that the first run was fairly good. Please?

Your first run was fairly good. Did you see you won a prize!!!

Edit: to be fair GP, my first run on EXTREME actually had more deaths than your team, but since I am a member of PERC and knew what the Mystery category was, my team was disqualified from winning the Mystery titles. Hope that makes you feel a lil better

I am not prepared to make a full list, but I will say that Victory did have the highest turnout with 8 teams running!

Yes.. first time I have ever won anything!
But it is conflicting, a "supersonic" Maelstone? Amusing none the less.

Thanks for running this event P.E.R.C!!

20 deaths was the 2nd highest valid? What did the most have overall? That's sad......We, and I mostly mean most everyone else, fell apart at weird parts. Mostly when split. Hamidon of course proved the most fatal since we were lacking melee to take out the yellows early on.

Anyway, gonna post the times/deaths for the category winners? Our first run really didn't seem all that different than a normal run even with the enemies buffed. Had a good mix of stuff going to rip through everything. I'm not really into full on "speed" runs, but I think I could have cut out about 20 min from our time.

Woot, I won something. On top of the Apoc! And Shamster didn't!!! Best. Night. Ever!

Scoots, I'd like my loot redside if you don't mind.

Yup, I responded to winning a tidy amount of influence up above. Definitely a good thing!

I just thought it was rather hilarious that we're going to get a title for dying the most: it's a bit counter to what you usually want a title for.

Voo, I would agree that our first run could have been faster. If our l33t VEAT hadn't failed to teleport us to the back of the mission, that would have cut down on what... 5-10 minutes right there? I didn't notice that no one else was trying for at least a few minutes, so then I "tank-stealthed" to the back. Then I got unlucky by jumping too far and had a mob spot me before I could teleport everyone in, so it was probably about 30 seconds to a minute before I could teleport everyone then.

We probably could have failed that second mission faster, too. Though I still feel bad about that tactic. So unheroic.

I'm shocked and dismayed Team Voo didn't win the Most Deaths award. I knew I should have made time for the LGTF run last night!

Now wait a second......by labeling it as such, you're implying that "most deaths" would be due to me, personally. That's just wrong and unfair *sniff*

But then you redeem yourself slightly by implying that the team would have gotten the most deaths if you were on the team. Which is vastly accurate. Besides, you were probably napping, again.

Hmmmm, now you're making me wonder if I want your help on an MoSTF run, coz.

And yes, MG, if we had known the mystery reward was dying the most, we would have asked you to bring your DB/WP Scrapper.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. We're still friends, right?

Well I had fun, was with Voo, GP, and the hairy one for both runs. I imagine we could have been much quicker on the 1st run if we were really trying for time. Seemed more like we were running it just to have fun and if we won something along the way that's great, which was fine by me. Also I think we kind of gave up on winning a prize when someone died in the first spawn on the 1st mission.

Voo, I think both runs were alot easier than what we used to run because of the TF set up. Even with enemies buffed or us debuffed we were still facing 0/+1 enemies compared to the +3/+4 we used to run which made it much easier.

MP, was suprised to see Victory had the most teams participating. Pretty good for a tiny server that no one can find a team on and should be merged. Maybe this will shut that crowd up for a while, probabely not but it would be nice.

It is better to ask forgiveness than permission.

Thanks Scooter.

Regarding the diff options, it's just a shame there really isn't incentive to use them built in. A higher drop chance would be cool, or more inf maybe. *shrug*

Heh, we did pretty well after that first death. And yeah, I suppose we were running more for fun than anything, with some attention paid to time. With most TFs, I'm fine trying to drop just about everything, just to get more XP/Inf/Drops, and because I find it fun. I enjoyed our pace, and 55 minutes was pretty good for not trying to shave the time off on every thing.

Two characters to take aggro definitely seems to help with runs that call for fewer defeats (especially with Ham on the team ). Hami and the rest of the TF was easier when you were on a Brute and I was on GP.

Yeah, I was happy about the turnout as well, especially since not much posting happened on it here in the forums until the very end. Go Victory!

If anyone was curious, the team with the most deaths had 51 deaths. My team on EXTREME had 23. So yes, 20 was the next highest.
