[Freedom] All-Tanker Team - Radio Missions (+4/x8)

ALL-TANKER TEAM - RADIO MISSIONS (+4/x8)

I love playing Tankers and I really enjoy teaming with other Tankers. So I'm looking for a few like-minded players who'd like to run through several back-to-back radio missions at maximum difficulty for a crazy night of fun. There'll be no squishies to worry about so everyone can cut loose with everything they've got. If you're interested in participating, just post the name of your Tanker, his/her level, and primary/secondary/ancillary powersets. Then I'll add you to the team roster. Thanks.

Date: February 24 (Wednesday)
Time: 8:00PM to 10:00PM Eastern (maybe longer depending on interest)

Enemies: Arachnos, Carnies, Circle of Thorns, Council

1. Winteriel - 50 Ice Armor/Fiery Melee (TBoxer)
2. Viral Smite - 50 Shield Defense/Dark Melee (Virinv) - [or maybe an Ice/Fire]
3. Antiges - 50 Willpower/Super Strength (Keiji)
4. Dr. Squeakenstien - 50 Willpower/Super Strength (BoneDaRhino)
5. Obsidian Seraph - 50 Stone Armor/Dark Melee (Hyperstrike)
6. Xoeei Chill - 39 Ice Armor/Fiery Melee (Xoeei)
7. 2 of 2 - 27 Shield Defense/Dark Melee (Secura)
8. Darck Fyre - 17 Fiery Aura/Dark Melee (Shuckins)

Alternates:

1. Ro'gan - 50 Shield Defense/Super Strength (Rokig)

● Sidekicks are welcome. Just have a travel power and be prepared to fight +5s.
● If you can't make it for the entire time, join anyway and just leave whenever you have to.

Count me in, it'd be fun to finally run on a lvl 50 all-tanker team... was fun for the first 30 levels on an all-tanker SG. I'd probably join with Viral Smite - lvl50 Shield/DM, but I haven't played my Ice/Fire for ages, so I might show up with her.

Two days to go. Plenty of room (4 spots) left if anyone else wants to join. Hopefully, we can get one or two more Tankers. We'll start the radio missions off with Council and Circle of Thorns (easy stuff), and then see how we fare against Arachnos and Carnies.

I'd like to join you guys, 2 of 2 Shield/Dark Currently 27, probably squeeze out on or two more levels by wed.

Just a quick note - I'll be on tonight by 7:45PM to start sending out invites and assembling the team. Thanks to everyone who signed up by posting here or contacting me in-game. This will be fun for me (and hopefully for you too) playing together with so many other Tankers.

Thank you to everyone who came out for the all-Tanker team night. I had a blast and it was great to be drowning in a sea of baddies fighting shoulder-to-shoulder with you guys. We mainly fought Arachnos, Circle of Thorns, and Council. Strangely, I was never offered a Carnie mish -- probably a good thing.

Anyway, here are the evening's MVP Awards:

First to Die - Anub' Arok (lol)
Most AoE Carnage - Ro'gan (Shield Charge + Footstomp ftw!)
Most Talkative - Xoeei Chill (my SG's leader, no surprise there)
Best Herders - Tie between Viral Smite & 2 of 2 (they would leapfrog ahead and bring back an aggro-cap's worth of baddies with them, awesome!)

Hope you all had fun and I may try to put together another all-Tanker team next week since there seems to be a lot of interest. We had a full team of eight which was more than I expected. Glad to see such a great turnout!

Yeap it was a blast, alot of baddies and alot of dead ones now. Imagine how fast they would have died if we hadnt been on +4.

I'd like to see a TF with an all tanker team. Maybe we should try that as well!

Although I would have loved to have joined in on the fun I knew I wasn't available to come along for the ride.

For those of you who aren't aware of it there are regularly scheduled all tank events called Tanker Tuesdays (hence forth referred to as TT's. ). We run regular missions, radios and task forces. First Tuesday of the Month is on Champions, where the event was created and has been going for over 5 years. Second Tuesday of the month occurs on Justice, where last TTJ we had 4 full teams, with two of the teams doing Task Forces. The rest of the Tuesdays come down to whomever speaks up first to grab it for their server.

March has already been planned out and the schedule can be found here. The meeting place is always in King's Row by the IP gate at 9pm EST/ 6pm PST. Although there maybe the occasional attempt at a theme, such as last month's Fiery Aura, all tanks of all levels are always welcome.

And now back to your regularly scheduled program.
