It's a security thing, there's a limit on how many purchases you can make in a given time frame. There is nothing you can do except wait 24hours and purchase it then.

When I logged on last night I saw an alert: "The NCSoft store is currently unavailable" - they've been having problems with it from time to time, especially around new Issues (updates) and new releases.
I'd give it some time and try again, or poke around on their website for some indication of why it's down & when they expect it to be up again.
But don't be surprised if you don't find any. Like I said, they've had issues with it before, but it's always fixed rather quickly.

Are you in the US/Euro? I remember reading that the NCSoft store doesn't sell to certain non-US/Euro regions.

Put a petition in for support to take a look at your account. I just now purchased a booster pack for my second account with no issues, so it may be a lock on your account or something.
Also, make sure you're not at/above your monthly spending limit (which IIRC includes your subscription). You can find that under Billing in your master account.

ok thanks... i already put something through about the problem but i didnt know about the billing... but since this was only going to be my first purchase then it should work...but maybe not
although... i am on a free month at the moment... could that be whats causing this?

I've not seen anyone mention it but make sure that you are contacting NCsoft through the Support page and clicking on the 'Ask a Question' tab to start a support ticket. Your first response is usually an automatically generated "Thanks for your inquiry, we'll look into it." email.
To respond to any questions they have, go to the 'My Stuff' tab and update your ticket. Do not start a new ticket. Or you can respond through the email, just remember to put your reply comments between the green lines.
Nope. You can buy any item from the store, even if you can't use it (when the store works properly). You could purchase a Booster Pack on a Master Account that has no CoH accounts on it, though it would sit there unusable until you had a retail version of CoH to apply the code to.

umm... i think i've found the problem... i dont have a credit card on file. anyone know how to add a credit card?
Did it not ask you for your credit card info when purchasing the pack?
Generally card-on-file is for in-game purchases (slots, transfers, respecs).
Anyway, that would be under the billing section, IIRC.

I was wanting to buy the magic pack from the NCsoft store... i log into my master account go to the store click "Buy Now" credit card (i've tryed with paypal also) and then after i've done all that it takes me back to the NCsoft store and gives me this error: We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners
if anyone knows how to fix this or something please tell me
