umm... i think i've found the problem... i dont have a credit card on file. anyone know how to add a credit card?

Nope. You can buy any item from the store, even if you can't use it (when the store works properly). You could purchase a Booster Pack on a Master Account that has no CoH accounts on it, though it would sit there unusable until you had a retail version of CoH to apply the code to. -

This would be the first thing i've ever purchased from the NCsoft store

I was wanting to buy the magic pack from the NCsoft store... i log into my master account go to the store click "Buy Now" credit card (i've tryed with paypal also) and then after i've done all that it takes me back to the NCsoft store and gives me this error: We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners
if anyone knows how to fix this or something please tell me
