It's not fair and is a slap in the face to the players!
We have no idea if the cat is to be included in the screen shot or not you are wasting my time with this and making a fun game become as redonculous as this post!

IMO*and probably only imo =)*- between the word search and the picture puzzle somethings seriously wrong. I think it's great that there is a way for us euro and non-wealthy players to have access to these various codes. And I further believe that the win one-wait 30 days to win another rule is fair. I believe they are great ideas but executed in a way that makes them most un-fun.
When they were first introduced I would race to enter the code form the puzzle. When the first couple word puzzles were introduced I gave it a shot. Now these things require a lot more attention and time than I have to give. Never mind the fact that they seem to be un-winnable.
I think these puzzles are salvageable if made more accessible/easier.
Thank goodness the in game puzzles are easier.

I'm pretty sure that by tonight, if no one gets it sooner, it will be painfully obvious where it is.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

Something reminds me of the doughnut shop in Faultline.
So, i think this is impossible.
Chances are that this screen shot is taken from some random location with that specific billboard, and chances are that that bilboard is one of a kind, so only a person who happened to wander by it and see it would realize what it is and where. So unless your the idiot who spent all his time standing at that one spot stareing at that billboard long enough to memorize it, then you probably have no chance of getting this because the image is way to distorted and you have uncovered way to little amount of info to us.
So here is what we have availble to our knowledge, there is a road, which is prominant in over 90% of the game. there are buldings with double doors, which are prominant in at least 75% of the game. And there is random clutter to hinder ones view of the image, which is prominant in 100% of the game. SO let me goto atlas, take a pic of a building and turn it into you and you can just go ahead and give me that prize because otherwise, i doubt any tom dick or harry could figure this out. only the man who spent his entire game time stareing at that one billboard, memorizeing it, can solve this.

Is that an NPC standing to the right? If it is, that might narrow down which building it could be - although plenty of contacts hang around outside buildings

How well do you know your City of Heroes/Villains locations?
Hello, hello and welcome to Niviene's Screenshot the Spot forum game where every Wednesday until 4pm Pacific Time (7:00 PM Eastern Time / 12:00 PM GMT / 1:00 Central European Time) you can win your choice of a costume code from past Con seasons and the Forum Title "Screenshot Spotter [date]".
The object of this game is to be the first to 1). Figure out the location in-game depicted in the screenshot and 2). Post a screenshot that is closest to the one I have posted , with your own character in the place of Niviene. Sounds easy right? Well there's a catch. The location isn't going to be as obvious as you might think so make sure you pay close attention to the picture details and hints.
The Pictures will start out masked and more and more of the image will be revealed as time goes on as long as no one has correctly identified the location by posting their own screenshot. If by the end of the day no one has identified the location, the full picture will be revealed and no one will win for that week (BOOOOOOO!).
Rules:
1. Your post must contain a screenshot of the location depicted in the initial contest post, but with your character in the place of Niviene
2. Screenshots must remain less than 800px X 500px to qualify.
3. UI needs to be turned off (Menu -> Options -> Keymapping -> scroll to bottom under other "Toggle Screenshot UI")
4. Reply in the official City of Heroes® forum (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/) thread created for each weekly Screenshot The Spot Contest with your screenshot submission.
5. Your reply must contain a single screenshot. Entries with more than 1 screenshot will be disqualified.
6. Your submission must also contain the following statement. Please note that your submission will be disqualified if this statement is not present in your post:
8. Please note, only 1 (one) entry per forum account will be accepted. If you post a second time, you'll get disqualified, so make your one entry count!
9. Entries must conform to the Official City of Heroes Message Forum Rules and Guidelines.
