Everyone will love this one..... Who wouldn't? I was thinking every year when it your birthday the Devs can give us 1-5 levels for ALL our toons on every sever. For us level 50s, we get... eather 50 mission inf/infamy or, 10 powerful ehmancements....

Or, we can have god mode for the day.....

And so we can't just change our birthday to get more levels, let make it so it only will give it to you every 356 days

What do you think!

Honestly, I think that you're asking for way too much. The only thing I can see is that "50 mission $Inf", if you are talking about getting 50 $Inf per mission. However, I'm betting that you're trying to say 50 MILLION $Inf, in which case, you're asking for way too much.

What I think would be appropriate?
A badge labelled "Birthday Boy" for all your male characters (Or "Birthday Girl" for the females). And the "Present" temp powers awarded at Christmas.

When to award it, though? The company would have to know when your birthday is, and not every player is registered on the boards. Tying it to your account's birthday would simply add it to the twelve month Vet Rewards.

Ooops, sorry I mistyped, I meant 50 million hahah. Maybe 5 million then?
Or, a free slot for each level 50 you got?

The Birthday Boy/Girl badge is good : D

That is true, about the bored thing... Maybe put our birthdays on our NCSolf Master Account.

About the "Free $Inf":
1) I'd really doubt it, especially if it were per character.
I would bet that a lot of folks (myself included!) would fill every character slot on every server the day before thier birthday, then the day after transfer all the $Inf.
2) If the free $Inf were only on one character, it would be on the first character logged in on that day.
3) Since every character in this game can be financially self-sufficient, I don't think we need it. Of course, it could be argued that the point of birthday presents isn't What you NEED (who likes getting socks, anyway?), but about getting stuff you WANT.

I've never been one comfortable with asking for goodies to be just given to me, so that's just me.

OOo, you know I recall reading something about there being misisons that make our level 50s stronger? Do you know if this is true? I hope so.

I don't think free levels would ever happen.
And it's not like L50s really need anything. They can already earn everything they want.

I'd say that it's gonna happen.
What EXACTLY it means, though, is anyone's guess.

5 free levels for each of my alts - hmm, let's see, 63 alts time 5..

315 free levels! And my characters who are in the upper 40s now hit 50!

NO.

Plus, NCSoft has no business knowing more of my personal information other than the credit card I pay them with. I do not want to put my birthday on file with them.

/unsigned.

Yeah, about those free levels:
Some folks would actually not want to log in to see that all thier SOs went red, especially if there was no corresponding wealth added in.
And of course, those that were going to run X contact's story arc but outleveled it while offline.

Power_NA, the best thing you can hope for is a free bonus portion of Patrol XP.

Hmmm, that is true. Poeple may not on that. Just the badge then

Unless you put the free level in a gift like the Chrismas Debt Protection it doesn't work unless you click it But I guess that badge is good

Okay, I actually DO like the idea of Birthday Gift but, as usual, Power's idea is completely ludicrous. Here's how it would work if DONE RIGHT.

On your ID card, you would be able to set your character's birth date. Characters who existed before this was added would be able to set theirs by talking to someone in City Hall or in Mercy's Arachnos base.

You would be able to change the birthday of your character once per 4 vet badges you have. This allows older players to fix mistakes easily, and it means younger players can't switch more than once a year to benefit. Your character's age can be displayed in your profile if you choose.

On your character's birthday, the following things happen.
-You gain 3 Mystery Gifts, plus a Holiday Spirit
-You gain the gold title "Birthday Boy" or "Birthday Girl" for 27 hours, starting at Midnight EST and ending at 3 AM (Midnight PST). If you're not in the states and this throws you off, well... Remember that both Paragon and the Rogue Isles are EST, so you're the one who's off, not the game.
-You and anyone in a team in which you have the Star can access the Chalet. Anyone who leaves your team is sent back to the main part of Pocket D.
-You gain the effects of a Luck, an Enrage, an Insight, a Sturdy, and a Break Free for the whole 27 hours. On your birthday, you are amazingtastic.

Note that by allowing you to change once for every 4 vet badges you have, it WOULD give longtime veterans the option of saying "You know what? I hereby declare today my birthday: Let's do a MSTF" while not getting bonuses so high that they last longer than just the day.

By making it character-specific instead of player specific, you get to experience it more than once a year and your RP friends can wish your character a happy birthday, knowing via gold title.

I like it. Here we have an example of an idea, that while seriously flawed in the beginning has been refined into something decent after polite discussion.
That's what the Suggestions forum should be.
I'll agree with some version of CapnGeist's suggestion.

I'd rather have Ad_Astra jump out of a cake and sing happy birthday.
