What all maps/missions are there that have:

  • Traps that can hurt the player
  • Traps/dangers that can hurt both the player and their enemies
  • Traps that only hurt enemies

CoT Oranbega maps have crystals that hurt only players and allies/pets.
The Eden Trial map has "water" that hurts only players and allies/pets.
Tyrant's lair has lava that hurts everything IIRC.
The Transcendence Trial map has lava that only hurts players and allies/pets.
The final map of the Cap au Diable SF has lava that only hurts players and allies/pets.

That's all i recall offhand.

The Ice Mistral Task Force has at least three maps with pink psionic crystals which explode and hurt everyone.

There's a regular Council mission map that has lava. It's got that big structure in the middle sitting in the lava that typically doesn't have any spawns. You'd have duck under a corner of it to go around or go up on the raised area along the wall.

And speaking of lava, there's also the final map of the Hess TF.

The reactor room in the heroside respec trial does a constant tick of damage if you don't have a radiation shield.

Some related info:
If I recall correctly, environmental damage types will not count toward damage badges, but If you use a heal power those restored hitpoints do count toward healing badges.

Technically, the proximity bombs on that mission should be counted as well, but they've been bugged and don't explode due to proximity for so long it's not funny.

Well, they've been bugged since before your forum join date, so you've probably never experienced them.

Wiki link. There's one in the control room and several down the hallway following. Previously, they would explode whenever someone got near them, for a lot of damage. But currently, they only explode when damaged.

And the destructible equipment that gives buffs/debuffs on lab maps.

Striga has those spawns with explosives that hurt you and the enemies...not sure if those are in any missions, however.

So do the trolls in the Troll Tunnels and around the dam in the Hollows, though they only go off when destroyed. I can't remember if they ever exploded in proximity to characters or not.

Mayhem missions feature exploding cars, trucks and barrels that can hurt you and knock you around. Also, you can get damaged by the flames in arson side-missions.

Any mission or zone event involving a Rikti bomb that you "defuse" by beating it to pieces.

Any mission using destructible generators - minor spoiler ahead:
The one on top of the WSPDR building in one of Marshal Brass' arcs is fun. Turn off your knockback resistance and see how much air you can get

The Ernesto Hess TF in Striga has the Giant Robot map which has lava in the room that houses the giant robot and pop-up guns on some walls before the room and inside at the top of the room. At least I think it is the Hess TF to stop Archon Burkholder?
