And thanks for getting me the name as well, but for future reference I'd like to know how to do it.
Add them to your friends list (if they're not already or in your supergroup).
Left click on the name, edit note.
Their global will appear in the Notes box, unless you've never entered notes on that character. In that case, the note box will claim that the global name is the same as the character name, which will be a LIE. The real name will be in your Global tab, with the Error chat type.
