Thanks to Llewthor and all of the other red side Hamidon raid leaders for a fantastic and successful red side Hamidon raid! Thanks for having me, even though I was dead weight, lol.

Thanks to everyone that came out for this successful raid. We started the monster hunt at 7:31PM and finished at 9:15PM by my clock, so under two hours from spawn to finish is a great job.

Thanks to everyone for going along with a new villain hami strategy and thanks to all of you that took the time to get the bio nukes.

Look for a post announcing the next raid in a few weeks.

It was fun, thanks Llew! I'd like to try taunting hami next time if it's possible, got a build worked up solely for that.

I had a blast! But I think I'll start working on my Corr. I noticed that the pets were a PAIN in the *** to control with everything going on. Plus I can get more global recharge with a corr than a MM. So I'll finish lvling my fire/pain corr for the next one... or the one after.

WAY to GO on the FUN time guys! Llew, you can lead me ANY day

Working off of my memory, I believe we had four /pain dom and two /therms and we tried to spread them around on the hami taunt, yellow taunt and yellow spike teams. Also from my memory, we started the monster hunt with 38 in zone (unhidden) and I believe we finished with 43 people ... so it was a good turnout and successful without having to cap the zone.

It would be great for the next raid (yes by popular demand there will be a next raid) if we had more pains/therms and that way each of the assault teams had someone to heal/buff as well.

The importance of the /pain doms, which I tried to drive home, was getting Painbringer on the Hami-taunting brute to cap his regen. With only four pains in the zone, it was obvious when the brute wasn't getting Painbringer when called for.

I am working to figure out what my schedule will look like in March (as I'm in the process of moving my business) and then I will announce the next raid. Hope to see everyone again!

Don't feel too bad. I was on my Brute, and died at least twice each wave. Electric Armor is just not meant for Hamidon raids.
