I was about to try to roll a new brute an i was wondering Why? does EA have a stealth power. As a brute, I would thing the last thing you would want is to not draw aggro an hide. Who out there has a brute that likes to stealth missions ?

Sorry usually I like to stealth missions when I'm bored (usually happens when solo'ing).

I'm a big fan of stealth, especially non-suppressing stealth, on any toon. Including Brutes. I usually go to /DA to get it though since I'm not a big fan of /EA.

If I want aggro AoEs and/or my damage aura do a fine job gathering it. It's also endless fun when a squishy follows you in when you attack, forgetting that you're stealthed and snagging an alpha from a nearby group. Bye-bye squishy!

hehe...ah yes....I've only been 'caught' doing that....way too many times...

I have to keep telling myself, "never follow a stalker in".

Real Answer: Because some times, you have to hide the pretty.

Science Answer: As EA gets a good amount of defense from that power, it is integral to the set. Taking taunt alleviates this and actually offers some very nice taunt set bonuses to help make you strong.

I find the stealth helpful at times to control aggro in tightly packed rooms. In most situations, you have to do a little extra work to gather and maintain aggro, but it's certainly not unmanageable.
