Day Badge Question

Quick question on Day Badges. I Currently have my 9 Toons parked in locations everytime I sign out to help towards the Day Badges. My main question is every time I log in to view the status of each Toon, it gives a percentage of how much more they need to earn that Day Badge. The bar will also move as normal to show the progress and it usually shows a target number of 501 or something that's over 500.

So, with that being said, what is the exact time frame that one needs to "sit" in each location in order to earn a Day Job Badge? On what I read, it appears that it is a consistent 21 Days of either sitting in that spot without utilizing that Toon or if you do use that Toon, signing out in that same spot for a consistent 21 Day time frame. Can anyone help clarify this for me? Thanks.

It takes 21 days of total log out time to obtain a DJ. (Approx 432 days of offline time to get them all) You can log in and play the character but that stops the DJ clock of course. However you can resume the progress if you log out again in the correct area and it will take however much time is left to obtain the DJ.

Which is where 504 hours comes from. It's not random, it's just 21 days * 24 hours/day.

Each badge is 504 hours. I've created a Google Doc Spreadsheet to track my badges (seen in my sig), and I just created a blank version that you can copy and paste to use yourself, found at:

Sorting on the 'a' column will sort the badges in the order they're on the day job badge tab. Sorting on the 'd' column will sort in order of which badges have the most time. Since I need to get all my badges as close to 99.99% as possible without going over, the 'd' column is of great importance to me, but I figure the rest of yinz guys will be most interested in sorting by the 'a' column.

Two more points worth making:

1) The progress bar does not update immediately when you log in to a toon. Say I create a new toon and log out by the base portal. I log in 10 hours later and the progress bar will show zero progress UNTIL I ZONE OR RELOG. Dunno why it does this, but it does.

2) Per Positron, the time is tracked in crazy small increments (seconds). So you don't need to log out for a full day, or even a full hour, for it to count. Having said that, the smallest increment that the mouseover numbers can show is about 3 minutes. Anything under that, the progress is tracked, but you won't see a change in your display.
