flashback arcs and purple recipes drops

Do purple recipes drop on flashback arcs? I am assuming that they do, but I just thought I ask.

Yes, if mobs are level47+ and don't con gray to you

Is it possible for a 47+ mob to con gray to anyone (Positron excepted)?

Level 47 enemies will drop level 50 recipes (and therefore can drop purples), but they're -3 to a level 50 character (and therefore just barely gray, so won't drop any recipes)

There are lvl47 minions that will con gray, for example malta and rikti minions in RWZ

Also, regardless of what they con, Underlings, Pets, and enemies that don't normally drop recipes (like Gun Drones and Shield Generators) won't drop purples.
