That poster REALLY makes me want to play this! If I get a chance tonight I'll give it a whirl!

I hope you guys enjoy it It wasn't what I expected. She worked on this for several months and I kept myself spoiler free. Finally played it tonight, and I had fun personally (actually, I loved it!)

That model looks really great, kudos to her for that.
I've just made a new hero actually, so this is probably a good start to jump start his career.

I have exactly the same feeling here. Yup, going to check this one out soon (tm)
Just played it, here's my quick review:
Mission 2 was a nice idea. I noticed that you'll be adding more spawns in respsonse to S12's review, though I'm not sure if that was added in by the time I played it (I just saw a handful of Skull boss spawns). For what its worth, I liked the atmosphere of a near barren neighborhood to show how the place has become really rundown. My hero was rather distressed at how the contact's informant decided to play Riddler, and place riddles around bombs as a game for the hero and not you know, try and disarm the bomb or bring someone who can.
Luke as an EB tore through the Eidolons like tissue paper, I think he can be toned down to a boss. The final EB seems to be triggered by another objective, it'd be good if that was hinted at on the nav bar.
I think the plot can be made clearer. Right now I find it confusing to follow, especially at the beginning. It doesn't help that the contact is withholding information from my hero "just because", and consequently I'm having trouble finding what exactly is my motivation for following along for the first half of this arc. I also don't know why the contact needs me to do his jobs for him, as it's not like he can't take care of himself.
All that said, the arc wasn't that bad. The writing gets a bit too flowery for my liking, but there are some good ideas going on here, and this arc has something of a Dark Knight/The Crow motif going on (even plucking a few lines from DK). I gave it 5 stars in-game.

Well, I'm pretty sure I played Mission 2 before you added any enemies whatsoever, so it really was a yawning crawl through the mission. The riddles would have been a nice idea if you could have actually placed them in specific places, but seeing as that isn't really possible I didn't really need to look at any of them, I could just use every glowie I saw. Because of that, after I finished Mission 2 I was literally tired out through boredom and stopped there for the night.
However, I did finish. I agree with the above poster that the motivation at the beginning is questionable. How and why did Luke contact you? I understand why he couldn't do it himself because he was virtually dying - or at least that's the impression I got - which was I was surprised when he accompanied me in the final mission. Plus a lot of the plot is glazed over without details - though I understand that they are difficult to make in a 5 Mission 100k MA arc - and because of that I felt that the whole thing's grandios was significantly damaged.
Overall, I gave it four stars. Mainly because I know you can't vote twice, because if you could change it I probably would have given you a 3, but I gave you 4 because I knew that it could easily manage that and it had the potential for 5 as well. But when I played it, it was a 3.
Bad Voodoo by @Beyond Reach. Arc ID #373659. Level 20-24. Mr. Bocor has fallen victim to a group of hooded vigilantes who have been plaguing Port Oakes, interfering with illegal operations and pacifying villain's powers. He demands that revenge is taken on these miscreants and his powers are returned! You look like just the villain for the job. Challenging.
I appreciate all of the feedback on C.C.
From all of the responses I have read so far, it seems there are one or two common areas of disinterest or confusion. I'd like to clarify that I will be working on these areas exclusively to the best of my ability, however right now C.C. is at a lock down at exactly 99.99% file-space consumed. I will see if I can clear approximately two or three percent in order to work in a few clues to make the plot a bit more understandable, but I will also work on mission two and see if I can't spruce it up a bit with activity. I understand that the Skulls aren't too enjoyable, especially since they cap at fourteen. I will do what I can by adding other Kings Row villains to the mixture, such as plot-unrelated Vahzilok, some Circle of Thorns doing their little shindig, and maybe even some Clockwork.
Hopefully those ideas sound exciting! Thanks again for the responses, and also thank you for committing some time towards playing and reviewing my arc, Cadaver Crackdown.
Edit!
Mission two has received TLC. It now has, accordingly, many Circle of Thorn spawns and even more Clockwork patrols. Things should be interesting and lively in that mission now.
Also, clues have been reworked, reworded, or outright changed now to make a more consistent plot. Thanks everybody for the feedback!
Lastly, Luke is now a boss. My intentions for having him as an EB prior was to make a solo-able arc. Hopefully that is still the case with him as just a boss with only a handful of powers now.
[RP Virtue]Psi: Bwaha. Getting the final hit with [Kick] is awesome. It's just like "*Kick Crotch* *crumple over*"
Just tried this arc and first off. Excellent writing and some good ideas here. Though you have a tendency to be over descriptive and you sue a lot of words like lamentable, sanguine in almost every two sentences. It made me want to grasp my thesaurus and frankly it distracted me to much from the story.
I quit the game in mission 2. I dislike big outdoors maps, I dislike glowie hunting, especially in big outdoors maps using very subtle and small glowies. Not to mention a lot of false glowies. Half of the glowies I had to find with aid of my hearing only because they were near invisible.
It was only the writing, the excellent detailing and my curiosity that I looked for as long as i did. But I didn't have the stomach to hunt for glowies all over the same map a third time.

Some mysteries are better left unsolved... Others beg you to solve them.
Cadaver Crackdown
Paragon City seems to bust at the seams with glamour, at least in most of its sectored "zones". Kings Row is not as fortunate, but the Paragon City Police Department's Precinct IX ensures that Kings Row is absolutely, perfectly, fine...
