well the dialogue options are already there...except the civillian to first see you after doing your 'thang' in a mission will go "Did you hear about [character name] busting up the [enemy group]?" for a generic defeat boss radio mission.
Not sure how much work it would be to make a civilian re-reference your last mission when you clicked the chat option...

When clicking on ANY citizen, you get a dropdown menu of items to talk about. What time it is, how many hours my toon's patrolled the City/prowled the Isles, total # of players in the zone, etc.
I can't tell you how irritating it is to find an NPC whose name begins with the letter "M" sometimes.

All of the civilians of Paragon City have the Follow and Chat options. But if you click on Chat, nothing happens. What i propose is that if you click on Chat they will say something like "Look it's (name here!)" or if your just coming back from a TF, SF, Trial or any big mission "Good job saving/defeating (mission objection here!)"
You know little things like that. i Also think they should say the line about the TF even if you don't Chat. I know they do this sometimes but it would be nice if every time at least 2 civilians per zone say something like that.
