Okay so I'm sure I'm not the first to try this.... I have a dark brute and I thought hmmm... my highest resist is to psi damage... why don't I make a mission chalked full of psi damage dealers and then I can breeze through it and get a ton of xp with the level settings jacked up to around 45 and sort of power level myself.... cheap, I know but... the games about havinf fun right? And getting high level is fun so.... anyways. I made a mission, published it and played it.... got no xp. So I thought... no xp for missions you created maybe? Then I thought hey, I bet someone out there's already thought and done what I did so my question to the forum is this... anyone know of a really good, easy, and yes fun (weird enemy groups, funny storylines) missions for a dark brute to play for some fun easy quick xp?

i wouldnt fight psi dmg guys anyway even with high resists to them because of the -rech effect they have.

in the case of your enemies getting no xp, custom enemies have to be set on at least standard/standard to get any xp at all and its only 75% normal xp, you have to make customs with at least hard/hard to get normal xp as other enemies. also if you make a custom enemy group you need to have minion class, LT class, and boss class in the group or you will get xp deductions (25% xp for 1 of 3, 75% for 2 of 3).

i would suggest to go back and check your mish to make sure you have everything together so your not losing xp.

i dont think theres anything wrong lvling yourself this way, so long as you lvled at least 1 toon through non-AE means (minimal farming).

I have nothing to add either other than to point out my jealousy for another of macskull's awesome avatars.

You'll have no shortage of finding fun mission to play trust me. Dev's Choice, Hall of Fame and Guest Authors are now thick with entries after like a year of Architect being around. For low-levels I would recommend Mercytown: The One With All the Fish #6017 and The Renegade Rebellion #117690 those are two who are in my opinion Dev's Choice worthy but aren't - but there are a lot that are. For other ways to find good missions other than Dev's Choice etc. I'd look at the 2009 Player's Choice Award winners and nominations in the Mission Architect main forum as well as review threads if you're really struggling to find some. But they're out there, there's no need to create farms.

Bad Voodoo by @Beyond Reach. Arc ID #373659. Level 20-24. Mr. Bocor has fallen victim to a group of hooded vigilantes who have been plaguing Port Oakes, interfering with illegal operations and pacifying villain's powers. He demands that revenge is taken on these miscreants and his powers are returned! You look like just the villain for the job. Challenging.
