IIRC Pool Power customization is on the list of things coming.

Power Pool customisation could be done in two ways.
Firstly, you could allow one to actually preview and customise all the available power pools from level one. If someone customised every pool, it would allow them to have a thematically matching power pool every time they choose and respec them.
The alternative is simply granting a power-train-customisation option the moment your character selects their first and subsequent power pools, allowing them to customise it right when they're selecting the power. It means they can only customise the power they actually choose over being able to do them all. But this one might actually work better since you can always back out and preview/customise other power pools before confirming. But the problem is that it'll take a lot of UI changing to allow power customisation within the Trainer's power selection screen.

Forgive me if this has been suggested/requested/(rejected) before. I did several searches and came up empty. If this has been suggested before and you can point me to it so that I can read anything that's already been said I would be grateful.
That said...
I think it would be really great if I could tailor of even minimize the effects on the power pool powers the way that we can tailor the main power sets.
As an example the colors and effects on "Combat Jumping" the yellowish/brownish colors on this look great on my toon with a similar color theme (a brown furred cat) but on my dark armor/melee toon it looks rather dreadful added to the gray, smokey effects of these power sets.
Maybe it could be something that must be paid for at Icon?
