I wrote this message to support, but i got no answer and that was two days ago. So, i thought maybe someone could help me here. i used my walmart visa gift card and bought city of heros and it worked fine, but now i want to buy the booster packs and i get a meesage saying sorry we are unable to process your order at this try later or go to a retail store... and you cannot even buy booster packs at the store why cant i use the same card i know i still have money on it and the card works because it accepted my first purchuse for the game and took $20 off my gift card.

Did you buy the game with your gift card online? It may be that your card is being subject to the $/day limit imposed by NCSoft's online store.

Have you tried buying the booster pack again in the two days you were waiting for help from support? If not, I'd recommend trying now, as the issue may have just been that your account settings weren't letting you spend that much money in NCSoft's store in a single day.

Yes, i have tried 3-4 times in the two days. I did buy the game in the online store and i now have full accout, this why it does not make any sense that when i try to buy a booster pack with the same card i get turned down

They should have sent you a message rght away to confirm the ticket, then replied within 1-2 days, even if it was just a "I can't fix this and am escalating it to the next tier."

However, once they send that message, their system assumes that the problem is fixed and automatically closes the ticket, unless you update the ticket (same ticket, not a new one!) within 3 days.

Also, go online or call the number on the card to see if the issue has to do with your card, rather than NCSoft.

Firstly, make sure you have filed a ticket/petition with playNC support.

Also, something like this happened to me a year ago.
In my case, turns out they only let you make transactions up to a certain amount per month. I can't remember, but it was something like $50 or $100.
They have this restriction in place in order to reduce credit card fraud (like when someone steals a card and racks up a huge debt). And also to prevent little Billy from raking up hundreds of dollars on mommy's card too I guess.

Anyhow, make sure you contact support.

That is the self-settable limit. NCSoft also has a limit, based per card, on the number of code purchases. That is not a 30 day limit, but something between 24-72 hours.
