I play on freedom sever and i notice that all the loading screens take a very long time to load.. such as when i enter a mission. I have played many mmorpgs and the loading screens seem to to be about 3 to 4 times longer in city of heroes is there a way to fix this issue or maybe freedom just lags?

I kinda wanted to play on the Virtue server tho, Is the pvp no good there?

Hi, im new to city of heros and was wondering what the best sever for pvp and any other info, i can get on pvp. what server is good to start on?

I only spent $20 and yes i am positive it is not my card.

Also is support for the game always take like a week to reply? im new here

Yes, i have tried 3-4 times in the two days. I did buy the game in the online store and i now have full accout, this why it does not make any sense that when i try to buy a booster pack with the same card i get turned down

I wrote this message to support, but i got no answer and that was two days ago. So, i thought maybe someone could help me here. i used my walmart visa gift card and bought city of heros and it worked fine, but now i want to buy the booster packs and i get a meesage saying sorry we are unable to process your order at this try later or go to a retail store... and you cannot even buy booster packs at the store why cant i use the same card i know i still have money on it and the card works because it accepted my first purchuse for the game and took $20 off my gift card.
