Maybe I should actually get some then. Right now I'm wishing I really did have a fur coat. Or at least a decent heating system in my house. Any room that's not my living room (where the heater is) is ice cold. Which makes using the bathroom... unpleasant. *shiver*
I've got a small space heater, but it still takes a while to warm up another room.

It was cold here this morning, so cold my cat curled up under the blankets with me for a while..purred too...stayed til she got good and warm. She never does that, by the way.
Of course, she's happy now now that it's gone up from 9 degrees F to 25 degrees. But she's still seeking out places to curl up and get warm.
We have steam heating (it comes in thru pipes...). It's either too hot or too cold. Last night was obviously the latter.
And Detra, I never heard that about latex keeping you warm before...
