That is some of the smoothest rendering I have seen you do Foo. I really like the pose and the "heart of flame" works great with the font and text you chose too. Great job.
I can only guess the fire being strategically "in front" is your way of confounding the viewer and keeping them from seeing her lady bits. 
I wouldn't worry about treading on Cutey Honey as your hero doesn't resemble any of the forms she changes into and Honey Flash is more of a battlecry and part of the theme song.
