If I recall correctly, doesn't Montague explain that he obtained the crystal by other means and is operating without the knowledge or approval of Ouroboros? If so, it makes sense that time traveling for Monty would NOT grant access to Ouroboros.

Entrusted with the Secret is supposed to be granted for being exposed to any type of Time travel. I think going to Cimerora is definately going back in time, isn't it?
So why doesn't it grant Entrusted with the secret?
