Mantid, as far as I know, has left the game. I presume he took down his website at some point as well.
If you are specifically looking for the emote animations, the vast majority of them were copied to the ParagonWiki before his site shut down. The list is available <a href="http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Emotes">here</a>

Along with the emote animations from Mantid, I also added an updated CoH Size Chart (along with detail images) which Mantid created. Eabrace also uploaded Leveling.gif, also created by Mantid:
I've also added a number of emote animations to the Emotes page of Paragonwiki which weren't in Mantid's guide (either because the image was missing from his directory, or because the emote was released after Mantid stopped playing).
