All my heroes/villains gone?

so i logged out after hitting lvl 6 on a toon at mercy...went to log back in about an hour later...BAM...no characters...i've relogged and whatnot....nothing.

im new lol....help?

You choose the right server? Check each server and see if they're somewhere else. Hopefully that's the problem.

1) Are you sure you logged back into the same server you were on before?

(this is probably the most common result of the 'all my toons vanished' complaints)

2) The other possibility is if you've recently gone from a trial account to a full account
and started a new actual account name (rather than upgrading the trial account name)
and used the "old" name to log in.

3) The last thing would be if someone else has access to your account information and deleted the characters.

If it's none of those, then you'll need to contact Customer Support.

(and if it's #3 - change your log in info pronto and go bop whoever did it on the head)

Another possibility is that you tabbed your slots over to the right. Each server is capable of having 36 characters (if you pay for additional ones or get them as rewards). If you tabbed over you would see blanks.
