Willpower is the best right now in pvp but other secondaries have thier advantages.
/WP - zones/arena
/Regen - takes tactics for perception and is good for zones/arena
/EA - it can work with a good player behind the keys, a good team arena choice
/Nin - I was set on this being the best but after rerolling to willpower my /nin has gotten benched.
/Dark - lol
/Elec - lol but I haven't played it, just what i have heard
/SR - lol but can be ok with stacked def io bonuses
Well,my experiance on my old account,with current PvP rules as they are...let me give you a idea of what iv went up agenst,thats beaten the crap out of my Tankers and scrappers,ill even give the build i was using at the time when it happened.
Lvl 50 - FA/SS Tanker,maxed out for pvp Resistances...65% for everything,including Psi,and 45% resist for Cold damage.A Dark Melee/Dark Armor Stalker kicked the Holy *BLEEP* out of me.It wasnt a easy fight for either one of us,we faught for id say 5 or 6 minutes,before i finally dropped dead.Keep in mind that he couldnt dodge me,and i couldnt dodge him,due to our choice in sets of armor and the toHit % bonus from Rage from my /SS half of the build.
I mean,iv taken on Invln/SS Brutes,and sat there for 3 minutes while there tier 9 wears off,doing nothing but healing with my Healing Flames,but this Stalker gave me a fight...a NASTY fight...he Tanked ME!The Tanker!
Then there was the time i fought a Elec Melee/Elec Armor Stalker,while i was on a WP/EM Tanker...this guy messed me up...BAD....There was no me hurting him...there was him...beating me into Tanker GOO!
Iv mainly played Tankers,and iv had my *BLEEPEROONY* handed to me by many builds..builds i rarly see people talking about using on the Forums,or power sets that Forum goes scoff at.....Every one of those sets have wiped the floor with me...WP.....Regen...pffft....dont make me laugh...easly beaten by the majority of the players who survive the Alpha of the attacking Stalker...dont be fooled or drawn in by hear say on whats good...you decide...and for the love of GOD...leave Mids out of it,....numbers count for nothing....if its not a ejoyable set past the numbers...youll never excell at any of them...The player makes the set...not the other way around....

You can pretty much make anything work in PvE with the right investments, but that concept doesn't apply to the current PvP mechanics. Same can be said for any AT though; probably why one of the tanks you mentioned PvPing with is SS as opposed to say Warmace. Rage goes a loooong way as far as performance in PvP is concerned.

What secondary would fit best with electric? I'm looking mostly for PvP, but I want to be survivable in regular missions until I get high enough level to PvP.
