Quick question about Glad's Armor

this it's a 20% chance to proc every 10 secs or something like that.
anyways, the defense is not worth the price or even the slot in most builds if you plan on pvping with it.

3 percent def is nothing especially in DR environment....
and the chance of having TP protection is so low its not worth a slot when you can just stay away from drones and you wont get tp/droned.
yah they would have to make it 100% tp res to be worth anything. I know folks with both procs (def and res) and still get droned.
Ok, that's what I thought, thank you. However, I still need to know, how much +def, if any, does the Glad's Armor unique IO grant in PvE?
Has anybody ever slotted this proc and know with 100% certainty?

The reason it goes for so much is because the PvErs want it so bad. Its practically worthless in a PvP build but can do wonders in a PvE build. I find that funny since its a "PvP" IO.

Does the Gladiator's Armor +def unique IO give the same amount of def in PvE as it does in PvP? Also, the tp resistance...is it a 20% chance to resist every time someone attempts to teleport? you?
