"Vahzilokh Wasting Disease" or "Destroy The Plague Containers" awards the Plaguestopper badge. The missions in Ouro don't always have the name you expect.
In that level range, what are the names of the last two items?
P.S. Red Tomax's site specifically says Plaguestopper can be obtained via Flashback.

Well, I can't imagine what the problem was. I logged in just now to check, found a toon that did not have the badge, ran it via Ouroboros and got the badge immediately upon 'Mission Complete'. Seems to be working fine.

Okay, I'm beyond frustrated with this now. I've done two story arcs and numerous missions through Ouroboros (15-19, blueside) trying to get Plague Stopper. None of these arcs/missions have awarded the badge. I did a /bug but was told that the mission which gives the badge is an independent mission from a contact and not in a story arc. Does that mean it's not available through Ouro????
Just to vent, I also want to point out to anybody working at NCSoft who happens to read this: Investigate the chemical hijacking IS NOT THE SAME THING AS DEFEAT ALL. If you're going to give mission descriptions PLEASE at least make them correct.
Sorry, but worked through some long, tedious missions trying to get this badge and am truly frustrated right now.
