As I mentioned earlier, "Keep the money available" isn't an option for a LOW INCOME FAMILY. If you can't read the OP please don't add useless information.

I have just spent over 2 hours on hold on the billing support number only to get "we're sorry there is an error in our support system. Please try your call again later." I guess they really don't want me to renew two accounts for a year each.

If I could find a phone # I would do that very thing. Just haven't been able to locate one.

Being a low-income family, we don't usually have the money just laying around to pay our monthly CoH bill. We just received our income tax refund and wanted to put a year on both of our two accounts. So I go into the interface and find out there is no way to do this until the renewal date.

I know, I know. Lots of you are going to say "just save the money". The problem is that something emergency related will always come up so I want to get them now while the money is around.

I did send a message to billing but they said "you cannot exceed $100 in purchases per month". Which is ******** since the yearly sub is $143.

Anyone else have this problem and if so find a way around it? CoH is the only entertainment we have here and life would get really boring without it around.

Okay, I'm beyond frustrated with this now. I've done two story arcs and numerous missions through Ouroboros (15-19, blueside) trying to get Plague Stopper. None of these arcs/missions have awarded the badge. I did a /bug but was told that the mission which gives the badge is an independent mission from a contact and not in a story arc. Does that mean it's not available through Ouro????

Just to vent, I also want to point out to anybody working at NCSoft who happens to read this: Investigate the chemical hijacking IS NOT THE SAME THING AS DEFEAT ALL. If you're going to give mission descriptions PLEASE at least make them correct.

Sorry, but worked through some long, tedious missions trying to get this badge and am truly frustrated right now.

New as of the patch this morning. It seems that the Blackwand vet reward is no longer animating properly. You get the same attack animation as "Scorch" from the /fire tank set then about a 2 second delay and then finally the dark blast appears and streaks towards the target.

EDIT: Okay, a 2nd problem as well. Take any character with super jump. Make a nice long jump and notice that, once the apex of the jump arc is reached, the character legs start doing the running animation - despite being midleap. This also happens without super jump but it is harder to tell.

Today I was doing my normal 21-day login of all characters and noticed something weird. I logged in a tanker on Pinnacle and received the message that I had earned the Banker badge. I opened the day job badge list to see where to move him to and noticed that it showed only 50% complete on the Banker badge (it should have been done). I goofed around to get a screen cap but couldn't find a way to have it show the UI when taking a screenshot so used Hearts and PBrush to do the trick.

Has anyone else seen this happening? I did file a report on it but past experience shows that only canned "automatic" responses ever get sent.

The wife and I ran the end of the Ghost Widow epic arc villain-side last night. Both of us were huge fans of Diablo II and I wanted to post a serious "Thanks!" to whoever wrote and created the mission featuring "Mystic Mu'Kau".

My wife asked (innocently sounding) who that boss was and I, without thinking said "Mystic Moo Cow".

Last night I had dreams of cows from the Diablo II cow level floating in the air with Mu Guardian style lightning around them. I've not laughed so hard in years!

Glad to see someone doing Hess. I'm going to try to be there on Thursday this week as I've never found a team to do this with before. Guess that's what I get for living on the dark side so long (i.e. Champion :P )

Unfortunately, the most noticeable part of the game continues the long tradition of being BUGS. I9 is no different in that many quality of life issues are still broken, some of them years later.

The lag introduced by the consignment house is making game crashes all too frequent, continuous mapserver disconnects all too frequent, and just continues to point out the lack of infrastructure behind the game.

And this doesn't even begin to mention little things like features promised on the box when we bought the game not being present yet, over a year later.
