How do a purchase a Booster Pack for a friend?

You can't. Sad but true. Contact NCSoft and see if they will credit you.

What Father said. You can't. The fraud problems with codes floating around were too much, so now it's all handled on an immediate and "account-internal" basis.

They do give you the full serial number, but only after it's applied to your account. It'll be sent to you in an e-mail once you apply it. Obviously, it doesn't do anybody any good at that point though. lol

Has anyone actually tried contacting support and arguing for a personal favor? That might also be worth a shot.

there are two other options. You can either pay pal them the amount and they can use pay pal to purchase it.
Or if there is a lot of trust between you they can give you access to their account and you can log into their account and purchase it for them that way. I have done both methods when wanting to buy a booster pack for friends and its worked out well

I went to buy the Martial Arts booster pack for a friend.
After I purchased it it asked me if I wanted to assign it to my account... I declined since I already have the Martial Arts booster pack assigned.
So I returned to my account on ncsoft.com and there's a "use serial code" link so i clicked it and it again tells me I have a Martial Arts serial number unused. and ask if i'd like to assign it to my account.
It never shows me the actual serial number. instead is says XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX instead.
So then.. now that I've purchased this upgrade for my friend. HOW DO I GIVE IT TO HIM?
I can't just send him the serial number and tell him to "use serial number" on his account because again the serial number was XXXX'ed out for me.
Help?
