Sonic/Rad

I haven't played a Corr in a while and I'd like to know how this combo would perform. I have it on a Defender and it's really nice, so I'm guessing I'd get similar results with a Corr, but I'm not sure. You know, different playstyles and all that.

Keep in mind that I can have two of them on a team at any given time(double boxing or playing with my brother), too. I'm guessing that when they get to SO levels we'd be able to keep AM on us at all times(one uses it,once it runs out the other one uses it, and so on).

So, what do you think of it?

Well if you want to know how they perform, they can solo GMs. And if you always use 2, the tougher enemies will just melt under 2 EFs and the constant -res from sonic blast. the only problem I had with mine is that at the lower lvls endurance is an issue. But I suspect with AM being perma-cycled between the two of you, end problems will be less of a problem. With two of you, I would also reccamend getting assault once you can handle the end on it (it is a higer costing toggle than most in the game), because the +30 from 2 assaults, +20 from each AM, and the -res, you will be cranking out damage.

I say go for it, the set will be powerful with or without both of them playing at the same time.

I thought so, thanks.

The main reason for my asking was because of how it's pretty underperfroming in lower levels due to massive endurance use. I just wanted to know if it got better.

My sonic/rad is one of my favorite characters. It really can do anything, but you may have to make some difficult choices.

It is no doubt one of the best debuffing toons you can make with almost every sonic attack having -res and rad's holy trinity of enervating field, lingering radiation, and radiation infection. You can stun, hold, sleep, and/or knockback should you choose to.

Another benefit of sonic/rad is that all your buffs and debuffs help you solo as well as when teamed. Of all the buff/debuff sets only trick arrow, traps, and dark can make the same claim.

Although I enjoy my Sonic/Rad (now 42), she really feels like a support character (debuffing, healing, sleeping, and buffing most every fight). She can solo ok, but nothing like a brute.

She also was once good in PvP (long ago), but now seems terrible.

Mine definitely doesn't solo like a brute.

I've never seen a brute solo GMs.

Seriously though, Sonic/Rad is incredible at soloing. Very safe and very steady. It might feel a little slow because Sonics big hitter is absolutely glacial in animating (I rarely bother with it) but I've yet to come across something I can't solo with my sonic/rad.
