Currently we have no reps for the Protector server. Care to volunteer? :-)

I finally got my time back to do with as I please after P.E.R.C. (yay for levelling characters!), and trying to get more server-wide events going either by running them myself or supporting others doing so. I'd be afraid of going postal again.
Plus, I think some would see my involvement in organized PvP as a clear sign that the apocalypse was upon us.

Still needing help here on Protector!
PVPEC is still desperately seeking reps to help promote pvp on Protector. Anyone? I have pie and bacon. :-)
Critical, I wouldn't be surprised if you get ZERO volunteers for reps here. With the exception of a handful of people who arena on occassion, PvP is pretty non-existant on Protector.
I resubbed my old account for a month. I checked Siren's and RV a couple times a day to see if anyone was there. During the entire month, I saw 2 people in those zones, and neither of them had any interest in pvp. I didn't even see any Korean farmers-it's that dead.
I encountered one guy in Warburg-because he said in Jello Shooters that he was there. I went there, attacked him, and killed him as he just stood there blandly. Then I helped him get his missiles and that was it.
You are seriously wasting your time trying to promote anything on Protector.

Since there seems to be NO interest in PvP here on protector, where does one go for such a thing? And if you say freedom, I will drive to your house and smash your PC w/ a hammer.
Jokes aside, I would love to know where/if PvP occurs on a semi-regular basis, and wouldn't be opposed to helping here on protector if there was enough interest to warrant the aforementioned help. One does get tired of laying waste to the same NPC's over and over again, and wouldn't mind getting my bell rung by something w/ an actual pulse, for a change.

Well, looks like I'll have to forgo the PvP experience, cause freedom on my PC is a lag-tastic skip fest. I'd rather not play, than risk an epileptic seizure at the flashing, skipping scrrens i get on freedom, lol. thanks for the info, though. If i ever upgrade my system, i'll give it a shot. thanks, again.

I was just talking out of the side of my neck about the seizure. Guess i shouldn't joke about such things...
Anyway, thanks for all the helpful info, and I didn't mean to derail the topic at hand here.
The P.v.P.E.C. is a collection of players from multiple servers that are dedicated to enhancing the City of Heroes/Villains experience by helping plan, support, and run pvp events. Our shared goal is to complement our existing community projects through events such as zone pvp, kickballs, tournaments and various arena competitions.
Recently the P.v.P.E.C. has been taken over by new leadership. Sadly our last leader had to move on to bigger and better things in real life. Now myself and PerilX along with our very dedicated crew are looking to rebuild and expand the P.v.P.E.C. In order to expand and bring even more quality pvp events across all 11 servers we need more volunteers willing to help plan and run various pvp events.
No event planning experience is necessary. No pvp experience is necessary. All that is needed is a willingness to help and to learn about pvp events and the pvp community in general. We are a very relaxed and fun committee and hope that we can continue to bring quality pvp events to the City of Heroes/Villains Community for a long time to come.
