I checked the patch notes, and it says the cape mission has been updated for blue side. I wonder what it's like now, since the time capsule is in the hands of Paragon City Hall (and not in the MAGI vault)

Okay, I went to my class. I left early, because I got out of the class 2 hours early (yay).
I got home, then did some stuff, then lay down for a nap. It lasted around 2 hours or so. I'm awake now, but not wide awake. I need to just be awake so I can sleep when it's really bedtime
