If I were to pick just one, let's make it Erica Lashion from Escalation.
@PW - Police Woman (50 AR/dev blaster on Liberty)
TALOS - PW war journal - alternate contact tree using MA story arcs
=VICE= "Give me Liberty, or give me debt!"
My nomination for best character, my personal favorite literary punching bag, Ashton: The dudebro ninja who doesn't know when to quit, even in the face of untimely demise.
Seen in (deep breath)
Rise of the Drakule (51357)
Missions #1 and #2
Return of the Revenge of the Son of Drakule Part 2: First Blood (84543)

Drakule Armageddon 5: This Time, It's Personal! (257242)
Missions #1 and #4
Drakule vs. The Werewolf Bikers From Hell (340316)
Mission #2
Ideally, that would have been an F-bomb, but alas, T rating.
NOW YOU WITNESS MY FINAL FORM!
Or, uh... hm. I guess he's a cyborg now? So much for his final form then.
Here's Waddle the Penguin, a charming little ally (being nominated for Best Character) from various arcs of mine, namely:
Polar Emergence Neutral Government User Interface Network (PENGUIN), arc 29205 (mission 3 of 3)
This Costume Contest Sponsored by Tubbius, arc 101933 (missions 1 and 4 of 4)
Waddle's Revenge, arc 302196 (mission 4 of 4)
Annnnd here are some screenshots of everyone's favorite child-minded penguin! For those wondering, these shots come from PENGUIN (1st shot) and Waddle's Revenge (2nd and 3rd shots).
I'm out of signature space! Arcs by Tubbius of Justice are HERE: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=218177
I guess I'll throw one of my creations in for consideration as "Best Custom Group"
-----
Custom Group Name: GP - Division 0
Found in:
Arc: The Galactic Protectorate -01
ID#: 47143
*****
Here are some screenshots of a few of the enemies found within this group:
Mind Medic
Agony Agent
Equator Engineer
Terrestrial Technician
Hydro Healer
Shadow Sniper
Energy Dancer
Comet Commander
Star Slinger
Storm Rider
-----
I could go into great detail about the enemy group, give descriptions of the characters, etc.; but I don't want to make this post any longer than it has to be
If I had to choose two keywords for this particular group, they would probably be: Challenging and Themed
I look forward to when voting begins
Supplemental Galactic Protectorate Fanfic
I can't post any pictures, but if possible I would still like to nominate for best character:
The Firecracker Kid, contact for #344596 The Golden Age Secret of the Paragon Society by Wrong Number. Very funny cantankerous old goat!

My character nomination is @New Age Ronin's take on Becky the Tarantula Mistress.
She appears in Becky's Revenge #(will have to look up later)
She's a standard character, but New Age Ronin captures her voice pretty well and make a very entertaining contact.
For best character I'm nominating one of my own contacts. Cobalt Stinger, the teenage gadgeteer genius supervillain who is looking for a very capable lab assistant. She appears in the AE arc "Of Futures Past" (#254599).
I thought I'd show off the Space Ape Armada a bit. They're from arc ID# 356628 (The Invasion of the Space Ape Armada); which was done before the recent AE changes and I'm currently working on revamping. Still, they've all got excellent looks. There are more apes, but these are my favorites.
Keywords: Comedy, Sci-Fi
Minions:
Cyber Monkey:
Psipanzee
Howler
Lieutenants
Irradiape
Baboom
Bosses
Primatorian
Admiral Silverback Himself:
And for my last second nomination (go procrastination!) I am submitting the Freedom Militia from my arc Fighting Freedom. (ID# 177930, appear in Missions 1, 2, 4, and 5)
Keywords: Balanced, Varied
The Freedom Militia are sort of like the antithesis to the Outcasts in Paragon City. They are a group of young (teenagers and young adults mostly) mutants who have grouped together to try and fight the rampant crime and the oppressive rule of Arachnos. Most of them aren't heroes in their own right, just low powered mutants who are attempting to do some good.
Minions from left to right: Rebel Firebrand, Rebel Brawler, and Rebel Slugger
Lieutenants from left to right: Anarchist Blaster and Anarchist Ripper
Bosses from left to right: Insurgent Slasher and Insurgent Battery
Night Viper
Ice Queen
In under the wire!
Here are one of the two groups of customs that appear in my latest arc,
"Against the WickerWork Khan!", number 346904.
The arc basically pretty much nothing but a show case for the custom group I designed* to answer the question "what if there was a parallel world where panda bears were the dominant life form and they had their own version of the ClockWork King who made his puppets from bamboo fibers instead of metal and uses them to rule the panda world?" I think it would go something... like.... this...
Minions: In front is either a WickerWork Shinai (Katana/Regen) or a WickerWork Splinter (Spines/Regen); behind is a Lantern Warrior (Archery/Fire Blast)
Lieutenants: Lacquered Warrior (Martail Arts/Invuln) or (DB/Invuln)
Boss: Lacquered Shogun (Broad Sword/Invuln)
Named Boss: The WickerWork Khan (AV, Mind Control/Psionic Assault)
*(that said, I have still found it pretty playable, even with an AV; my 25th level stalker did just fine fighting him on low settings, so don't let him scare you, just be ready)
Couldn't get Clan Destiny in there due to technical issues I'm too sleepy to correct, but here's my character submission - McGrimm!
McGrimm is the boss of the 1st mission in Clan Destiny (#349053). I needed to throw in a Freakshow mini-boss but didn't like the standards and this just kind of hit me in a burst of inspiration. He was a throwaway who I've grown so attached to I want to cameo him in more arcs, which is a good sign. Hope you like him too. The bio pretty much says it all.
Nice to see a lot of last minute entries. It is now 12:02 EST December 21st, and submissions are closed. I'm too tired to make up a voting thread tonight, but it will be posted by 6pm Eastern. Good luck to all the entries.
PS. Supafunkadunka, your entry's valid in case you were wondering, feel free to edit in screenshots when you get things sorted out.
Best Character
I don't have screen shots of these guys, but here are some characters who I thought were memorable and/or well-developed.
Ashley Porter, Ashley Porter and the Gorilla War (130809) - really fun golden age character with fun mannerisms and a lot of implied history.
Dr. Albright, The Most Important Thing (266877) - liked his mannerisms and his tragic back story; I confess I actually had more sympathy for him than the NPC protagonist (who was a decent character with a worthy end, but Albright just impressed me more).
Dr. Erica Lashion, Escalation (6143) - loved her grudge match with the player, her growth over the arc, and the way the arc presents her very unique superpower.
Latin Lava, Why Do Bad Girls Like Bad Boys? (63910) - this guy was such an utter cad, but was really fun to interact with; loved how all the NPCs either swooned over or trash talked him.
The Red Blur, Speeding Through Time (51728) - visually impressive portrayal of crazy superspeed powers (causes game balance issues, but shows just how abusive speedsters should be) and a heroic end to his story.
@PW - Police Woman (50 AR/dev blaster on Liberty)
TALOS - PW war journal - alternate contact tree using MA story arcs
=VICE= "Give me Liberty, or give me debt!"
