Rad on a corr is one of the best to proc out, you need little acc in ur attacks and the rech on neutrino bolt is awesome... So you can gimp the attack with procs without having to worry about ruining the power too much...
I'm not sure for a corr's secondary as I personally have only tried out cold and therm... but my rad/cold is procd up pretty nicely and he does well.

Hold, Ranged damage, Targetd AoE, KB, Slow,defense Debuff, Accurate defense debuff, tohit debuff, accurate tohit debuff. melee, PBAoE, Endurance mod, defense, resistance... uhh... hmm think maybe accurate heal doesn't work for this one... but damn close other wise.
Rad/Cold is probably the most practical as mentioned, but Ice/Cold/Ice troller blue side, why not!?

If that build is serious, you're sacrificing way too much just for the sake of slotting those procs (so I'm assuming it's more a proof-of-concept deal).
