Question about Carrion creeper and procs
The procs can go off pretty much whenever CC does anything. Every ten seconds in the Bramble patch, every time the Vines attack, and every time the Entangle fires.
So it's really good to have those procs in then?
Would it be better to switch the KB set that has the global recharge bonus when 6 slotted to the set with the + rech proc and maybe not take the full set in order to use a few slots on another power?

The chance for hold is probably a good choice but the chance for +recharge won't do you any good - the +recharge affects the pet, not you, but pets are immune to all things that affect the recharge rate of their attacks so the proc is basically wasted.

the KB +rech proc no longer works on pet ticks. The +rech now only works upon each activation of the power so it's useless in carrion.
Positron Energy dam proc, the Purple immobolization hold proc and the immobo lethal damage proc are all good choices for procs. I personally 6 slotted creepers, threw ragnarok set into creepers for the global recharge and only the Positron Energy dam proc.
I have both a plant dom and controller, accuracy for the CC's is not a big deal, especially if you're attacking large groups. I run 4 damage procs, and 2 recharge IO's in both my builds, it *destroys* spawns. it's very tasty on my controller who is TA. Seeds of confusion+CC's + Oil Slick arrow, a group of +0 x8 with bosses melts away in 30-40 seconds.
Try it. the damage procs are pretty cheap as well!
I was wondering when a proc has it's chance to go off with carrion creepers. Like if you put a chance to hold and a chance for +recharge when do the chances go off? When you first use the power? When the carrion creepers hit enemies? When?
