You might ask a Moderator to move this post to the Tech forum, as they are more likely to be able to help you out.
I'm more at a loss to figure out why this NSIS thing is even happening to you, as it shouldn't even be a part of the CoH setup.
Also, you might try downloading the updater directly and running it. It will download the entire game for you without any mucking about in this NSIS stuff.

Saying the you have "some NSIS error" is not very helpful. Post the exact error message. Also, post your CohHelper and HijackThis reports (links in my signature).

I tried most of things on this website
