Unable to get Academic Badge, Missing plaque

Are you sure you're in the correct set of sewers? According to ParagonWiki, the plaque is in the abandoned sewers, while the rats are in the regular sewers.

To verify whether or not it is working, I took a character into the Abandoned Sewers that had not been into the Sewers at all. Once I got to the correct location in the Abandoned Sewers, I saw the plaque on the wall, clicked it and read the text.
Working as far as I can tell. If you aren't seeing the plaque, you are not in the Abandoned Sewers as Katie V and Catwhoorg stated.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

It had nothing to do with the Abandoned Sewers. Like the others said, you're probably in the wrong zone. Both maps look almost identical.
Standing in the sewers right where there's supposed to be a plaque so i can get my last needed history badge (Academic) and there's nothing here O.o
checked my coordinates 5 times, paragon wiki, vidiotmaps, these forums, everything says it should be here but.....
I sent in a bug request but i was hoping someone else could go look. It's supposed to be at the intersection of the Boomtown, Underworld, and Steel Canyon networks, on the left of the tunnel for the Steel network

I smell a rat.
