I am assuming this is a respec build designed for only doing late game stuff.....otherwise I'd swap dull pain and resist elements around straight away, and probably get rid of it, and two of the auxil picks for boxing(or kick), tough and weave, as Inv benefits from fightings picks.
Just my opinion, I'm sure many would either agree or disagree.

I'm an avid MA buff, but only slightly /inv. I have a ma/sr which is my main, and a dm/inv alt, both at 50. So my /inv might not be as accurate.
MA. I think, especially including two APP attacks, that you have too many attacks. Youve got 5 MA single target and one APP attack. I can see the benefit of Energy torrent to add to MAs one source of AOE, but when you go to slot up 8 attacks, that doesn't leave a lot of powers or slots for defense. I've never taken crippling axe kick, but i like the new choice of a punch in it, and i know a min/max has it better than EC. I would say you could definatly get rid of thunder kick and either crane, cak, or ec. I love EC's animation regardless of numbers.
INV. I took all powers on my dm/inv, and also picked up tough and maybe weave, can't remember right off hand, but I know it benefits from the s/l resist from.
I generally only get as many attacks as I have to have for a good chain. With MA/SR, and I think with /inv also, that you need a most of the powers and fighting helps your survibility a great deal. My MA has thunder, storm, Crane, and EC with DT thrown in for AOE. One of these days I will probably try out storm, cak, crane, and ec for my 4 attacks. He does have pretty high recharge too tho so I may be able to get by with less attacks than you (without looking at your set bonuses, just looking at sr having +rech built in).
And if nrg torrent is ur goal, i don't think you need 4 powers from the pool either. With good sets and bonuses, you don't really need FA for most content. You could probably drop an attack or two and an APP power or two and easily fit in some more defensive powers.
My only suggestion I guess is that you have more attacks than you really need.
On invuln the only power that you can really skip is Unstoppable. If you skip resist elements you'll be fine most of the time, but if you fight any cold/fire enemies, you are gonna have a big hole in your survivability

About tough hide, you are a idiot to skip, not only does it add to defense but it adds an extra 25% to defense debuff resistance RPD carry's the other 25%, for a total of 50%, which, if not mistaken, is more debuff res than WP, and SD sets.
A plus to taking res elements, is the slow resistance component. However I found that power very skippable, because of the real lack of those elements past the lowbie lvls.
My suggestion, if you have a tight build, is to take res elements early on, then in the thirtes respec out of it. I never missed that power. Res nrg, however I missed terribly, and had to respec back into it.

Do you really need those powers from Body Mastery? I would drop the Body Mastery stuff and get Tough Hide, Tough, and Weave to increase survivability. At the very least, get Tough. One of the greatest benefits of Invulnerability is the ability to get very close to the Smashing/Lethal Scrapper Resist cap. Without that, it can be a real hole in your damage mitigation for Smashing/Lethal damage heavy areas like Cimerora.

Changing the F/C/E/N Defense I gathered up in that build to S/L will be a good direction for being unstobable in the ITF, though you still have to worry about the E/N damage from the Nictus. Try to build it so that you reach the S/L Defense soft-cap with just one enemy in melee range.

Oh, and btw, theheat mentioned I might wanna loos FA. I slot FA with Gaussian's BU proc, which is the reason I have chosen it.

You know you can put the Gaussian proc in Invincibility.

If you're hanging out in RWZ you should be worried about lethal resistance at least. Chief Soldiers at 50 or above hit REALLY hard with those big chunks of jagged metal they carry around. With no resistance they can easily kill you in 2 or 3 swings if they get lucky and land them all. I've had it happen on my regen before.

From your builds I assumed (PvP IOs for no apparent reason: could get same bonuses with rares at a much cheaper price) you are going for an unlimited budget sort of thing, so I came up with something you might like...
Near soft capped S/L def with one foe in melee, 30+ for E/N/F/C. Also good regen and recovery and some recharge on top of it.

Furthermore, I never think about my budget, as I consider money a matter of time, which is also the reason I don't really like to put purps or Hami-O's in my builds, as they're tough getting, and people rarely think I should have them.

So why do you have ten of the rarest of the rare IOs (the pvp IOs) in your build?

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

I leveled my own Kat/Inv 1-50 without either REN or REL and only picked them both after I could afford to drop Hasten (67.5% +rech from sets, basically pre-ED perma Hasten) and Unstoppable (enough Def that I never needed US). And even then I picked them at 47 and 49. Slotted with 3 pieces of Aegis I get a nice 6% F/C Defense out of them and a bit of extra Resistance. If they hadn't buffed the passives recently, meaning 5.63% base Res and none of the extra effects they have currently (End Drain Res, Slow Res) I wouldn't see too many reasons to pick them.
The budget; you're a bit contradictory about it here. You say you don't want purples and Hami-Os because of the cost, but yet you have some really expensive and even harder-to-get PvP IOs in your build. As a tip, if you don't want to pay that much swap the Shield Wall IOs for respective pieces of Luck of the Gambler (you have two pieces of Shield Wall in each power) to get the same 10% Regen at a much cheaper price. Also swap Gladiator's Armour for Impervium Armour (also 2 piece-sets scattered around in many powers) to get the same 2.5% Recovery.
You also have the PvP +3% Def IO which costs even as much as two billion inf these days. I'd really reconsider your slotting if you're worried about the budget.

About REN and REL I have found a lot of situations where I could have been dead without them, so I plan on getting them earlier, every character has his issues, you know
And about budget, I have no idea how expensive anything is, but it is technically possibl to get them yourself, instead of buying them.

I can't think of too many situations where 7.5% (or 11%'ish enhanced) Resistance would really help you stay alive. It's about the same as popping one small orange which has never made the difference between life and death for me. But then again, gaming experience may vary and all that. If you like them I'm not going to stop you from taking them early, it's just my experience that other powers are more useful.

But what most likely saddens m the most is the fact that my scrapper can't get his epics. There is no way that I'll at least be able to get Energy Torrent?

So, I was playing an ITF on my MA/Inv scrap, and something happened. I kept faceplanting!! One of my teammates thought it might b cuz of missing def, which is certainly plausible, since my base def with invincibility and combat jumping is about 5-6 positional. My biggest def point is S/L, with 17 % each. My thought was, HELP ME! I expect to get tough hide put in somewhere, I just don't know where. Considering, will I need Resist Elements over tough hide?
I'll show ya'll my build so ya can try re-editing, or just counseling me. Please help me!
