I think we're all pretty spread out. 
I think the server I've heard most that people at least have "some" toons on is Virtue but I maybe only notice that one the most because that's where I am... But I don't know if I've heard of anyone being on it the majority of their time except me.
I wouldn't move them, I would just start over on several servers. That's how THIS version of LJ came to be. Originally she was floundering on Virtue after the 1st year of game play as a kind of supergirl clone. On Liberty, the home of the former Envisionaries (artists and collectors SG) she started over, and basically came to life... including by work of various people on these boards.
Rebirth is good.
I have a presence on most servers so I can play with mah peeps regardless of where they are but the
majority of my heroes are on Liberty followed by Triumph, Victory & Virtue.
Pssst...'fan art' might make more sense. The title just begs for immaturity.

Liberty, Victory, Justice, Pinnacle, Freedom and Guardian. I have many characters spread out across these servers. I am also not an artist though.
