Failing the kick Brawl, you can always take the Kick power. IIRC it uses the same animation.
(Sadly that will cause redraw, but that's the price you pay, I guess.)

I would like to make a request with regards to the upcoming Demon Summoning set.
I would like to request that the alternate brawl animation for the Hellfire Whip be make to use the Kick. My demon summoning corporate villainess will not be complete until she can flog her enemies to death and administer the final blow with a stiletto to the face.
