The /servertime command is not affected by this bug. I just tried it, and it properly said "The current time on the server is 10/30 09:49 AM".

It wouldn't be anything to do with the "Eternal Night" from the Halloween event would it?
Just guessing mind but if they wanted to ensure that it stays night then stopping the Game Time at the Witching Hour might be one way to go about it.

I should point out that it definitely was not during an event though, that was the first thing I thought of.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Not a gamebreaker in the least but the NPC's you used to be able to click on to get the server time and such now always report "0:00" as the time.
