Mystic Aspect Temp Powers - More Than Once?

I've gotten the buffs more than once. I think it's safe to assume you can get the others again, but I'm only 99.9% sure.

They've got short durations, so you can get them again when the duration is over.
It's not the buffs I'm concerned about. It's the charge based ones
You can get Nectar more than once... same for Build Snow Beast and Drop of Power/Resistance/Vitality. Off the top of my head, those are the only other charge-based holiday temp powers, so I don't imagine the two new ones would be any different.

i have gotten both the confuse and fear temp powers twice on one toon so ya you can get them more then once
Before I go using up the confuses and Terrors my characters have been getting as rewards for the Mystic Aspect, I must know...
After these are used up, can I get them again, or are they a once per lifetime per character item? (like the Bank mission temp powers, Nectar, and Amy's Ward).
Anyone here actually got them a second time?
