No 45 month Veteran reward

My last Veteran Reward was on 7-16. It is now 10-21 and I haven't gotten my 45 month reward. Last year and the year before that it was awarded on 10-17.

I've already filed a bug report, but has anyone else had this issue? This last patch fubared so much of the game I was wondering if they managed to break VRs as well.

Bunches of vet rewards get pushed back to random dates, at random times, for random reasons (especially more frequent if there's been account management site maintenance, which there has been a few times in the recent past). Support can and does fix the fubars.

Doubt if they are broken, per se. With that said, it is fairly common for the Rewards to not award... for some reason.

File a /petition NOT a bug report, and it should get taken care of in short order... assuming you didn't go inactive for a period of time, and thus messing with the date on which your Reward appears.



Also, just what aside from the team name bug has i16 messed up?

The team list bug also has a chance of tossing players from the team and if it happens on a strike force or a task force there's no chance of rejoining.

i16 (or a different patch) has reintroduced issues with Reichsman and some Manticore spawns. Additionally there are a handful of isuses with the new pet feature. The mouseover feature with SOs has also been rebroken but I'm not sure when this happened.

These are the most noticeable to me anyway, the most severe bug being the team bug and the ugly possibility of being ejected from a team, strike force or task force.

The team name bug is fixed on the latest test server patch btw.

It is fixed on TEST.

Will be coming live with the next update.

Just like Agg and 37 said, file a support ticket in game and it'll be fixed by the following morning at the latest.

My last Vet Reward didn't award correctly in August--even 6 days later than it should have been awarded. Once I realized I was due for a reward, I filed a support ticket, logged for the night, and had the badge awarded when I logged in the next morning.

Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges

Well I petitioned it as suggested and got an e-mail response that they were escelating it and someone would contact me but no one has and still no reward.
