~Dr. Q TF - Monday (& Tues) Oct 26th & 27th~

Sorry about the Tank it was a mistake on my part. I thought MB was bringing TT so I brought my scrapper who I wanted to unlock some costume parts for. I didnt see the part when he said he wasnt going to bring his tank. And when I joined the team I noticed we had a tank but I didnt look over his build and lvl.

The first mish we had a team wipe or dam close to it and it looked like it was going to be a long-long night but the team pulled it back together and we pushed thru it. lol MB was flying thru walls on last mish, was funny. Then just when we was about to finish 4 people drop at the same time so we all waited for each of them to return.

I will make sure that my tank will be present for the other 3 TF's in these zones. Again I am very sorry for my mess up there. I still had a blast and yes i went to the Tailor right after and created my kewl sword and shield. lol i couldnt wait til tomorrow. lol

Don't worry about it Gintoki! It sounds like you all did fine as it was! My team is having similiar death issues and our tank is sturdy. Actually, it's a certain Beauty in a Bubble that cannot seem to stay alive on our end

Team Luna is up to mission 15 of 24. We played for about 2:45 last night I guess. Not sure on the deaths, but I think we might be in the 20's or 30's already?

Yes, the initial hunt was rough on all the teams. I tried to get some of the teams started earlier, but where we were two people short, that kinda messed us up. Sorry!

I have this strange feeling that my team will lead in deaths

that first hunt just sucked, but after that we moved right along, we got to mission 13 or 14 in 3 hours of play.

I by far had the majority of the 76 deaths on MB's team. Hopefully they never make a MoDrQTF badge.

We are figuring about six and a half hours total. We ended up with 239 deaths.

All went well till last mish where we all got slaughtered multiple times. The SSK deal was annoying but an easy fix. See everyone next week.

Joe, I know I haven't been able ta play much, but I swear I've taught you better then that.

Thank you to everyone that was able to join us for the dreaded Dr. Q TF! We had 3 great teams going. I'm sorry a couple of the teams were a little wonky, but that's what happens when we don't all run during the same time frame. It makes spliting up power sets a bit impossible.

The fun Monday night started with a great Zombie Invasion when I logged into FBZ :smirk: Thanks to Myrdinn, Plantman Mega, Pyrewulf and Carmen for joining up to help beat back the zombies.

We had a few issues with the Super Side Kicking system through the Task Force. I love the system overall, but it's getting to be a royal pain on Monday nights. I've already decided to start working on my "next" Monday night TF runner in hopes of keeping her ahead of the max level for each TF.

My team for Dr Q was:

Motorpsycho Nitemare: Psi/MM Blaster
King Sac: Energy/Energy Blaster
Kelvin Kin: Kin/Ice Defender
Darken Sparrow: Sonic/Dark Defender

We finished in roughly 5 hours, 10 minutes with 53 deaths.

Next week's TF is Sara Moore, levels 40-50. It's another long one, but we're going to do it in only one night. So if you are a regular, and you don't want to play 3-4 hours next Monday night, let me know so I can take you off the list for next week.

That was a lot of fun on my end.

My poor Tank, Freeze Crash had a rough time every now and then with the psi damage. It sure was a relief to face Crey for 1/2 the missions; they can't really hurt me! But the psi....OUCH!

That was my first time doing Dr. Q and I had wanted to play it for a long time. Thanks for having me along. Well worth the time.

Well this TF's merits gave me enough to purchase a LOTG pc. nice sell.

but cant wait for the next eye ball one. want to see how my tank holds out. i cant remember how it did.

Luna. on the next set of mondays, do you have an idea if i can do a support toon or do you need a solid tank?

Was great fun, I bet half our deaths were in that last mish alone. At that point I really didnt care anymore and just tried to get as many as I could as fast as I could before they got me.

very kewl. i have always lead the charge with the horde into the mobs so i was tinking of trying a new change of pace and do an earth/therm toon.

kewl this gonna be new for me so i am excited.
