Hami raiding has come back to Infinity!!!

Now that my first raid lead was done successfully, I'm going to officially say Hami raiding is back on track for Infinity!
First off, I wanna thank haiiro ninja, nikkila, and lil shockie for coming out and leading a team for us. A few people couldn't make it, but we pulled through. I want to thank madam diesalot for stepping up to tank Hami for us. I also need to thank doom saint and gatekeeper for stepping up into team leads having no prep time, and never been lead before. You guys were all great!
I also want to thank everyone who came out in support of getting this done. I was pleasantly suprised how patient you guys were when we started off in bad shape trying to get organized, and how well you came together to take Hami down. You have breathed life back into Hami raiding for our server.
I need to thank Miss illuzion for sitting down with me, and helping me to understand Hami better, and to OSHA and Destiny for helping to fill in the gaps, and giving some helpful advice.
Hopefully, we'll get this down solid enough, we can start as soon as the Hive fills. Our biggest problem today was the lack of experienced raiders. We had a few, but not enough. Yet, we pulled through and got it done!! Gratz all!!
If anyone is interested in stepping up into some team lead positions, just so we have a few back up leads in case real life gets in the way for folks, hit me up here, or send me a message ingame to @Cremzen.

I'm sorry I ever doubted you Crem, you did a Great Job a Raid leader, and despite a long wait, we were able to finish WELL before I thought we would.

All in all, a very succesful raid, despite the rocky start. Glad to be a part of it. I would be happy to assist as a team leader on the next raid if you have need of me.

Glad to offer my services there Cremzen, congrats again dude, now all we have to do is get redside raids up every sunday lol, that is definitely not going to work out but I'm hopeful. Once again congrats Cremzen and if I can make another Saturday raid I'll be sure to help lead the green team again!

Thanks for all the comments guys. After the raid was successful the other night, I'm really amped about making it a more common occurance on our server, and hopefully, we can get those times down to under an hour for the raid, making it a profittable task considering the merit/HO reward. And once we have more people experienced in raiding, we might be able to run them quite often.
I like having Infinty come together like it does for the raids, so I'm happy to continue on. And no one said that once we get the raid down so that's it's smoother, that the abyss won't see a jello mold...............

Ok, let's get another raid done VERY soon. I would like to schedule it for this weekend, if possible, but to avoid the problems we had last time, I need leads confirmed and a few back ups, in case real life gets in the way for people. Glad to hear we got a few already stepping up. I'll be leading a scrap team, and looks like Herc's gonna head up the second, and Gate's returning to take on yellow taunt for us. Well, I do a Have a PB in the higher levels, if that helps.
But I'm mostly a scrapper guy.

Just recently got back in to the game after a bit away due to financial reasons. (WOOT! got new job finally!)

At any rate...I am not totally new done many of the TF. However I have never done a Hami raid. I'd be interested in playing one! I have level 46 nearing 47 scrappers MA/Rgen, and level 50 troller FF/Grav. Any chance either of those might be helpful?

I wish I could have been there this Sunday passed but I was busy getting a neighbor hooked on CoX....now that sounds bad....lol. I was there for one but didn't make it onto a team. I did however make it into a Rikti Raid with a majority of the people here on this post. I'll be happy to help out in any if I am available. Kudos to you Crem on your Hami leadership. Praise the Taxibots.

i'm looking at organizing a Hami raid for next Sunday night, in the slot usually occupied by the Sunday Rikti Ship raid. I expect a lot of AEA personnel to attend, and i'm looking for Infin Hami folk to join us, and help out with leadership. any takers?

I can't do Sundays, since I run a TF for my SG on Sunday evenings, but I can help get the word out and put a notice in the Infinity Hamidon MotD.

Saturday & Sunday nights are harder for me to get to, but I would really like to finally take part in a Hami Raid after nearly 5 years in the game.

we have leaders for Blast One and Scrap One, and i'm gonna run the Hami taunt team, so we still need volunteers for Blast Two, a Yellow Mito Taunt team, and Hold Trolls. A second Scrap team would be nice too, but i suspect that we can arrange that ad hoc. Get in touch if you want to be in on the Hami. No experience necessary.

Well, my first attempt at a Hami Raid went THUD, and I blame no one but me. I've never been on a failed Hami raid before, and mistook it for a simple Event. It seemed we were short on tanks and trolls rolling in, and Hami brushed us off like flies. Live and learn. I hope that someone will organize another soon, but as for me, I will be heading back to the RWZ next Sunday for a fresh shot of self-confidence beating on a familiar foe. Thanks to everyone who came out for the support, and I apologize for letting you down.
