The PS proc also helps in situations where your recovery is debuffed. The proc can always go off, so even if you've been hit with Heat Exhaustion or thrown your T9 nuke you can still regain endurance.

Gotta love that feeling. I can already see the weak-looking sapper just laughing in your face as your toon can't seem to muster enough strength to brawl him... true story.

For procs like this, auto powers are the very best place you can slot them. I've put a second PS proc in Physical Perfection.
