Not sure if there's a "slash command," but under "Menu," "Options", "Keymapping" and then "Other" towards the bottom, you'll see where you can select a key (or combination) to "Toggle Screenshot UI" on and off for pics.

There is a different printscreen button which you can set in that will show the UI in the screenshot. You can set it by going to keyboard commands in the options window.

For enhancement screens, character select screens, and tailor screens, hit screenshot, then paste the result in Paint or another image editing program. See other peoples' notes on Vista.
