Hang in there
That's not a question.
It must be a matter of timing, or a vocal few. I never have a problem with teams. I run solo mostly because of RL interuptions and I don't like to leave my teammates hanging. Almost always I run hidden from searches, and still I get tells asking if I'm looking for a team. And the few times I do remove the hidden option I almost always am hit with several tells. Sure there are times when it is slow. To be expected. And I play mostly on Triumph, Pinnacle, and Liberty - not the highest populated.
You're hearing a lot of meaningless complaining from people who don't understand that this is a heavily instanced game, and can't get used to the fact that the whole population isn't in Atlas Park anymore.
Actually, I've had an easier time finding a team since i16. FAR easier than for the last several months. I can even whip up teams on REDSIDE, that's how good it is these days!
But yes, I tend to try out other MMO's as they appear.. and my COH account hasn't lapsed a bit. I know how much fun this game is. It is fun. Thus, it is a permanent fixture on my compy.

CoH is still the best MMO I have played, despite me not having a 50 yet. I think we will see people return a bit more in a few weeks as the novelty of CO dies off. CO is fun, but it feels like a distraction so far, and I do think I'll be back here a lot more soon. I just rolled an Earth/Earth Dom last night, and it is very cool. Using crystal themed powers is a neat change too. Overall, I think I like this.
I do think that some changes could be made to CoH without breaking it, but if nothing changes, I still would come back. I am excited to see what Going Rogue is bringing too.
I have read a few threads saying CoH is dying, and how hard it is to find teams. In game, there does seem to be some chatter about how dead it is. Just the same, I got lucky to find a teammate, and even as a duo, I had a blast. I just want people to know that I am around while not at work if they want to team (I might be in CO, but I'm not against popping back over here), and to not lose hope.
That is all.
