You should break tradition or stereotype and make an old, old man as your scrapper. Bio goes something like this;
[Name here]'s body flows with so much energy, his clock keeps ticking way past his time. It's the energy that keeps him young.
Now I know that one liner was VERY generic and needs a little more flavor, but it goes well with the concept that it's an old, old man as an electric/reflexes scrapper. What do you think?

I threw out "a modern Sasuke from Naruto", because basically im looking for a quiet badass who doesnt necessarily have the "standard" ninja look.
Kind of like...He's quiet and sarcastic, but when he fights, hes ferocious.
Is that a little more clear?

sooo you're looking for what? blue jeans / t shirt / sneakers / headband? If you're talking casual you're pretty stuck. Just look at any joe pedestrian on the street and there you go.
Why would you need costume help for that? I really am confused here. 
I suppose you could go biker look and then its leather jacket / t shirt / jeans / boots / headband or goggles.

Which is possible, but with the casualwear so flipping limited in CoX it's a total spherical object ache. It feels good to get a few o.O reactions from those you come across, though.
I'll try and get a few screenshots of my own chars for you, see if that serves as some form of inspiration.

, however I do understand what you mean. The only way to do that is to use the pattern and color options to try and differentiate every other pair of blue jeans from yours as an example.I'd stick with probably subtle colors that almost blend in so that you're not running around with a glaring sign that says LOOK AT MEE!!!!

What Im saying is that, I want the attitude of Sasuke, which is a common anime character, but not the standard "ninja" look. Basically, a more modern and not so typical looking ninja. So maybe he'd have aspects of being a ninja, but not necessarily an all out, "Hey look, a ninja!" feel to him.

Right, he's some of the chars I have with civvies. Admittedly some are somewhat generic, but there should be a few that stand out and give you some ideas.
Careful, mind. It's a 1.9MB monstah of an image. What can I say, PNG ain't perfect, but I swear by it most of the time.

Here's what I came up with.....
The Sasuke character appears to have a preference for navy and white so I tried to keep a balance of those two colors. To me this is really is a casual action look thus the impromptu "action sequence". Hope you like it!
