I've been talking back and forth with Nei via dA, email, and I've kinda become a regular viewer of her live stream. The best way to get her to do a commission is to have the lines done by a line artist she knows,i.e. ebas. The second best way is have a hot girl for her to color preferably with a gratuitous butt shot.
Meaning I have no chance of ever getting a Nei colored piece.
