Was the mission your leader set a flashback mission or a mission from one of the Ouroboros contacts (Lazarus, Pilgrim, Silos, etc..)?

I think being able to enter a portal when on a team due to Supersidekicking should be fine.

They "fixed" the Mission Transporter power to not work for zones you weren't supposed to be in. I'm wondering if they lifted that restriction when they removed the level restrictions for most zones as well. But it looks as though they should have kept the error-checking in place for some areas.
And just for the people who might want to try going to Outbreak with their lvl 50s again.. I already checked... the whole zone automatically EX's you to lvl 2 now. No more helping your LowBs with Speed Boosts or easy Hot Feet kills for the badge. lol
